Hi Pat, Alan and myself would definitly come over, but maybe not early enough to help lay the track, I'll be in Mondello Sat and Sunday and I'll be b******ed Monday!

would ye run from 2 till 6 or 7? conor would not be able to be there any earler than 2 he has the timing gear and cards for the lights. up to ye....

If we meet at 1PM to lay the track would be perfect, or we can make it a bit earlier, might suit Kieran and Alan probaly could do with a lie in. What about Gavin , do you think he will make it?

ya that sounds good ok i can pick up the pipes at fentons and i have a key to get in to the hall must find out if the hall is free too, ill do a few texts tomorrow i dont have all members numbers but if ye can send a text to what ever members ye have would be great, need a good turn out dont gavin will be there
